Calling All Wizarding Fans!

Enjoy a weekend of wizarding fun and art projects inspired by everyone’s favorite boy wizard!

We’re throwing a wizarding party throughout Halloween weekend!  All ages are welcome, participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How does it work? Sign up here! Nine and 3/4 ($9.75) reserves a table for up to 4 people. Each decorated table gets its own self-guided trivia & Sorting Hat activities, a set of photobooth props to keep, and a sheet of Harry Potter-themed Magic Stickers. We’ll have our Harry Potter photobooth up all weekend for you to enjoy. Come in costume if you’d like! If you can’t make it in for the event, you can purchase a Harry Pottery To Go Kit to paint at home!

What day/time is it? Pick whatever time/day works for your family and friends. We have timeslots throughout October 30-November 1. Reservations are required and limited due to capacity constraints.

What can I make? You get to pick and purchase whatever you want to make: use any of our numerous samples as inspiration or concoct your own masterpiece. We’re here to help you along the way. You can even order pre-fired pottery with your favorite house crests or the Hogwarts crest already printed on your piece that you can paint when you come in! You can order those pieces online here through Thursday, Oct 29.

You can even paint a Christmas Tree to match your house colors!

How are you working to keep the studio as safe as possible? We have socially-distanced tables that are disinfected between parties, along with all tools and paint bottles. We have plexiglass shielding in our front room to further separate customers, and are making use of all three of our studio rooms in order to give everyone ample space. Facemasks are required of both staff and guests, and guests are asked to wash their hands at any of our many sinks throughout the studio upon arrival.

Harry Pottery To Go Kits are available for purchase if you can’t make it to the event!

Can I purchase a Harry Pottery To-Go Kit? Totally! We have Harry Pottery To-Go Kits available to order here

*All ages welcome at this self-guided, weekend-long event.  However this is not a drop-off event; ages 16 and under must be accompanied by adult. Facemasks are required to be worn for the duration of your visit.

This Week at Arts & Glass

While you can join us any time we are open without making a reservation, we’ve got three great workshops planned for this week that you’ll want to sign up for!

Our Fused Glass Garden sample all pretty and ready to go in the kiln!

Thursday night we’re making Fused Glass Gardens like the one above. It’s great for beginners and experiences glass artists alike–we provide the pattern to get you started and will show you how to safely cut and assemble the glass pieces. Personalize your garden with whatever plants you’d like…maybe even make yours into an ever-beautiful succulent garden! Sign up for this workshop here.

Who says lighted trees are only for Christmas?

On Friday night we’ll be painting Halloween Trees (or classic Christmas Trees, if you prefer!). Pick your tree and enjoy access to any and all of our specialty glazes like glitter, rustics, and matte finishes. Also included with your tree are an electric light kit, rainbow assortment of plastic lights, and a FREE ceramic topper to attach to your tree. (We painted a pumpkin like Jack Skellington to perch atop our black glitter tree!) Reserve your tree and spot online here.

Then on Saturday we are running amok, amok, amok, amok for our Hocus Pocus Night! $5 Gets you in with a whole sheet of custom-made Magic Stickers and use of our bewitching Hocus Pocus silkscreens to use on whatever pottery you’d like. It’s a fun, laid-back night to celebrate the Sanderson Sisters and probably the most fun Halloween movie ever made. I mean, who doesn’t sing Bette Midler’s version of “I Put a Spell on You” for weeks after each time they watch it and wonder if every black cat they come across might just be a teenage boy trapped in a feline body? Reserve your spot online here.
